《Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 100% Achievement Guide》（以下简称“攻略”）由本人独立撰写，旨在为广大玩家提供一份详尽、可操作的《微软模拟飞行2020》成就达成指南。与仅列出成就说明的“成就一览”不同，本攻略详细阐述了具体的完成流程及操作建议。本攻略编撰的初衷在于填补当前网络上系统性全成就攻略的空白。在英文互联网环境下，仅能通过论坛等零散渠道获取部分成就方法；而中文互联网上几乎不存在相关讨论。鉴于游戏成就耗时较长、难度较高、Bug频发，我在游玩过程中遇到诸多挑战，希望通过本攻略为其他玩家提供参考与帮助，减少探索过程中的障碍与误区。本攻略以中文为主要编写语言。鉴于航空行业普遍采用英文术语，以及微软模拟飞行2020汉化质量有限，为减少理解误差并兼顾全球玩家，本攻略配备了英文译文。尽管多数英文翻译由 Copilot AI 生成，本人已进行大量校订，以力求用词准确。如有译文或内容方面的不当之处，欢迎批评指正。希望本攻略可以为为玩家提供到帮助。

准备工作及阅读指南（Preparatory Work and Reading Skills）
硬件准备工作个人建议使用台式机游玩，更好的散热有助于支撑游戏长时间运行，官方建议配置有一定参考价值，但我个人建议CPU不低于Intel Core i5-12400，显卡不低于NVDIA RTX3060。笔记本电脑请做好散热，不建议CPU低于Intel Core i7-12700h，显卡低于NVDIA RTX3060 Laptop。无论是是台式机还是笔记本，我都建议至少32G RAM以及至少300GB的SSD余量，尤其是SSD，我建议避开QLC颗粒，使用有缓存的PCIE4.0高性能SSD。My personal recommendation is to play on a desktop PC, as better cooling helps support long gaming sessions. While the official recommended specs are a useful reference, I personally suggest a CPU no less than an Intel Core i5-12400 and a graphics card no less than an NVIDIA RTX 3060. For laptops, make sure to have good cooling, and I do not recommend a CPU lower than an Intel Core i7-12700h or a graphics card lower than an NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop. Whether you use a desktop or a laptop, I recommend at least 32GB of RAM and at least 300GB of free SSD space—especially for the SSD, I suggest avoiding QLC NAND and using a high-performance PCIe 4.0 SSD with cache.根据Navigraph发布的FlightSim Community Survey 2024 Final Report，有16.9%的模拟飞行玩家都在使用RTX4090，但我用亲身体验告诉你，这个游戏的瓶颈是CPU。According to the FlightSim Community Survey 2024 Final Report released by Navigraph, 16.9% of Flight Simulator players are using RTX4090, but I'll tell you from my personal experience that the bottleneck of this game is the CPU. 手柄是必备的，文中大部分操作都是以手柄为准的。其他飞行外设可以显著增加游戏体验，但对完成成就来说不是必选项。A game controller is essential, as most of the operations described in this guide are based on using a controller. More advanced versions and third-party aircraft add-ons (such as the inibuilds Airbus A350) can significantly enhance the gaming experience, but they are not required for unlocking achievements. 如果玩家所处的地区网络受限，可以使用UU加速器等工具，当然更高程度上的连接是更好的。If you are in a region with restricted internet access, you can use tools such as the UU Accelerator. While this guide will occasionally reference aircraft operation, its primary focus is on achievement completion. Therefore, I strongly recommend mastering the full flight procedures for the Airbus A320 and Boeing B787-8 and learning the Garmin G1000 avionics system (as found in the Textron Aviation Cessna 172 Skyhawk G1000) to operate other aircraft effectively. 本游戏的最耗时的成就是Wing Commander（积累1000小时飞行时长），最繁琐的成就是Jack of all planes，最困难的是三个郊野飞行成就Anemoi,Fire and Ice,Goldrush。我建议以Wing Commander为最终目标，逐步完成其他成就积累飞行时长时。The most time-consuming achievement in the game is Wing Commander (accumulate 1000 hours of flight time). After finishing all landing challenges, I recommend starting with Jack of All Planes, then progressing through the distance-based achievements. During your free time (such as overnight sessions), you can accumulate flight hours passively to unlock time-based achievements. Meanwhile, reserve longer, focused gameplay sessions (like weekends or holidays) to tackle the bush trip achievements: Anemoi, Fire and Ice, and Goldrush.Once you've completed these major milestones, you'll have logged a substantial amount of flight time and cleared most achievements. 游戏数据包构成说明（Explanation of Game Data Package Composition）
请务必着重阅读这部分，后面许多条目会重新定向于此。微软模拟飞行2020的数据包游戏分为多个部分，我可以总结为其完整游戏由四部分构成：游戏标准版（Standard Edition）数据包 + 游戏豪华版（Deluxe Edition）和高级豪华版（Premium Deluxe Edition）的数据包 + 游戏后续更新的免费数据包 + 商店中购买或自行添加的第三方数据包。游戏的基础数据包约有100GB左右，但实际需要的空间会很大，请准备好硬盘空间。Be sure to pay special attention to this section, as many sections will refer to it. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020's data packages are divided into several parts, and I can summarize its complete game as consisting of four components: the Standard Edition data package + the Deluxe Edition and Premium Deluxe Edition data packages + free data packages released in subsequent updates + third-party data packages purchased from the store or added by users. The base game’s data package is about 100GB, but the actual required storage will be much larger, so please prepare sufficient hard drive space.游戏标准版数据包：在打开游戏后必须下载的数据包，不下载就玩不了游戏。The Standard Edition data package: It is required to be downloaded after launching the game for the first time; without downloading it, you will not be able to play the game. 游戏豪华版和高级豪华版的数据包：都可以在第一次打开游戏后选择下载（如果你购买了这些版本），也可以在内容管理器中下载，其仅仅增加了一些飞机和地景。The Deluxe Edition and Premium Deluxe Edition data packages: It can be downloaded after launching the game for the first time (if you have purchased these editions), or through the content manager; these packages simply add some aircraft and scenery. 游戏后续更新的免费数据包：微软还是很良心的，游戏发布数年后依旧定期在更新免费的世界升级包。部分时候会突然更新飞机包和某些由于联动所发布的数据包。我们部分成就会依赖这些更新包，在后续条目中会提到。每一个世界升级包中一些地景、机场和活动（包括郊野飞行和降落挑战）Free data packages released in subsequent updates: Microsoft has been quite generous as even after the game launch several years, the game continues to receive regular world update packs at no cost. Occasionally, new aircraft packs or partnership-related data packages are released unexpectedly. Some achievements rely on these updates, which will be mentioned in later sections. Each world update pack includes new scenery, airports, and activities, such as bush trips and landing challenges. 第三方数据包：其可能会影响成就触发，但我没有遇到过，购买高级飞机包可有效提升游戏体验（比如PMDG B777-300ER等等）。Third-party data packages: It may affect achievement unlocking, though I have not encountered this issue. Purchasing advanced aircraft packs can significantly enhance the gameplay experience (e.g. PMDG B77-300ER……).
Deadstick Landing（死杆着陆）
After receiving landing clearance, switch off engines and successfully land on the runway.在获得降落许可后，关闭发动机并成功在跑道上着陆这个成就的要求表达的不是很清晰，switch off 可以代表“彻底切断引擎系统（关闭燃油供给或主电源）”或者只是将油门调为 0%，使引擎保持怠速状态。所以我建议依次尝试这两种方法。The requirement for this achievement is not very clearly defined. “Switch off” could mean completely shutting down the engine system (e.g., cutting off fuel supply or turning off the master power switch), or simply setting the throttle to 0% so the engine remains in idle. Therefore, I recommend trying both methods in sequence.方法一：发动机怠速状态降落（如未触发，请尝试方法二）Method 1: Landing with Engine at Idle (If not triggered, proceed to Method 2) 选择 活动-降落挑战-知名 ，并选择一个关于小型飞机的降落挑战，以下有几个建议选项（配有图片）。Go to Activities → Landing Challenges → Famous, and select a landing challenge featuring a small aircraft. A few recommended options are shown. 在降落挑战开始后，对准跑道，放下起落架，适当打开襟翼，做好降落准备，此时飞机的速度建议稍高于正常进场速度。Once the challenge begins, align your aircraft with the runway, lower the landing gear, deploy flaps as needed, and prepare for landing. At this stage, your airspeed may be slightly higher than usual recommended speeds. 将油门调为 0%（手柄长按B键），使发动机进入怠速状态（自此，不要再调整油门）。Set the throttle to 0% (hold the B button on a controller) to bring the engine into idle state. Light Chop（轻度颠簸）
Land at an airport where windspeeds are in excess of 5 knots, without using any assistance.在风速超过 5 节的机场降落，且不使用任何辅助功能。 “Even a soft breeze can earn you triumph.” 很简单的成就，因为大多数机场在默认天气或实时天气下都能达到5 节风速。可以以如下方法完成。It’s a straightforward achievement, as most airports under default or live weather conditions exceed 5 knots of windspeed. You can complete it using the following method.完成方法：Completion Method: 选择 活动-降落挑战-任意一个分类（知名 or 史实 or 强风）-任意一个降落挑战 。Select Activities → Landing Challenges → any category (Famous, Epic, or Strong Wind), and choose any landing challenge.进入加载界面后，图中会给出风向与风速（标识位置参见下图），请确认风速大于5节。Once you enter the loading screen, wind direction and speed will be shown (refer to the diagram below for indicator location). A Few Bumps（稍有磕碰）
Land at an airport where windspeeds are in excess of 15 knots, without using any assistance.在风速超过 15 节的机场降落，不使用任何辅助功能。比Light Chop难一点，但依旧很容易。It's a little harder than Light Chop, but still very easy.完成方法：Completion Method: 选择 活动-降落挑战-强风-任意一个降落挑战 （见图片）。Select Activities → Landing Challenges → Strong Wind, and choose any landing challenge（look at the picture）. 进入加载界面后，图中会给出风向与风速（标识位置参见下图），请确认风速大于15节。Once you enter the loading screen, wind direction and speed will be shown (refer to the diagram below for indicator location). Make sure the windspeed is above 5 knots. 降落并弹出成就。Proceed with the landing, and the achievement should unlock.
On the Green（踏上绿茵）
Land on a grass runway, without using any assistance.在不使用任何辅助功能的情况下，降落在草地跑道上。可以和Uphill Climb还有Short Staff一起解锁。It can be unlocked together with Uphill Climb and Short Staff.完成方法（Completion Method）： 选择 活动-降落挑战-史实-BUGALAGA。Select Activities → Landing Challenges → Epic → BUGALAGA. 进入加载界面后，确认草地跑道（标识位置参见下图）。Once you've entered the loading screen, confirm that the selected runway is grass (refer to the marked location in the diagram below). 降落并弹出成就。Proceed with the landing, and the achievement should unlock.
Uphill Climb（迎坡而降）
Land on a runway that has at least a 12 degree incline, without using any assistance.在不使用任何辅助功能的情况下，降落在坡度至少为 12 度的跑道上。这是完成率最高的稀有成就（完成率8.9%），说来惭愧，我并不知道在哪里查看跑道坡度，且我也不记得是在哪里解锁的这个成就。但根据网上的资料，Bugalaga Airstrip可以解锁这个成就，Copiolot计算出此跑坡度约为 11.7° 到 12.2°，满足条件。This is the rare achievement (completion rate >= 10%) with the highest completion rate (8.9%). Ashamed to say, I have no idea where to check runway slope information, and I don’t even remember where I unlocked this achievement. But according to sources online, it can be unlocked at Bugalaga Airstrip, where Copilot calculated the runway slope to be approximately 11.7° to 12.2°, meeting the required condition.完成方法：Completion Method: 选择 活动-降落挑战-史实-BUGALAGA。Select Activities → Landing Challenges → Epic → BUGALAGA.降落并弹出成就。Proceed with the landing, and the achievement should unlock.
Short Stuff（弹丸之地）
Land on a runway shorter than 2,000 feet, without using any assistance or bypassing any travel.在不使用任何辅助功能或跳过任何旅程的情况下，降落在长度小于 2,000 英尺的跑道上。完成方法：Completion Method: 选择 活动-降落挑战-史实-选择一个降落挑战 。Select Activities → Landing Challenges → Epic, and choose a landing challenge.进入预览界面后，查看跑道长度（标识位置参见下图），请确认跑道长度小于2000英尺（609.6米）。After entering the preview screen, check the runway length (see diagram below for indicator location). Make sure the runway is shorter than 2,000 feet (609.6 meters).降落并弹出成就。Proceed with the landing, and the achievement should unlock.
Mother Nature（自然之母）
Adjust the weather during a flight.在飞行过程中调整天气设置。完成方法：Completion Method:选择世界地图 ，任意选择机场和飞机。Go to World Map and select any airport and aircraft. 点击飞行。Click Fly.操作飞机起飞后，在上方工具栏选择天气选项（如图）。After takeoff, open the weather menu from the top toolbar (as shown in the image).调节天气，天气改变方式分两种：预设与自定义。先尝试改变预设，如没有解锁成就，就尝试自定义天气。Adjust the weather. There are two ways to do this: using preset conditions or custom settings. Try changing the preset first. If the achievement doesn’t unlock, switch to custom weather adjustments.
By the Book（循规蹈矩）
Land at an airport with an operating control tower, requesting landing clearance and following ATC instructions without using any assistance在有塔台的机场请求降落许可，并在未启用任何辅助功能的情况下遵守 ATC 指令完成降落。这个成就在游戏过程中应该是可以解锁的，但因为有些第三方插件机在运行时塔台功能会被禁以及很多人没有在飞行过程中与塔台联络的习惯（微软模拟飞行2020的塔台系统做的十分糟糕）。这里我还是强调一下刻意在在目视飞行情况下解锁这个成就的方法。This achievement should be unlockable during regular gameplay. Stay on Target（保持目标）
Use the Instrument Landing System (ILS) to complete a landing使用仪表着陆系统（ILS）完成一次降落这个成就我其实很晚才解锁，在解锁之前的自由飞行中，由于不会如何捕捉ILS信号并接通，大部分时间都是被LNAV和VNAV模式引导到机场附近，然后目视飞行降落。即便我这里给出了一定程度的教程，但我仍然建议通过网络视频进行系统学习（像B站上的阿宏洗米老师就讲的很好）。注：我是在基础版自带的空客A320neo上达成的成就，我不确定第三方插件机能否触发。I actually unlocked this achievement quite late. During earlier free flights, I didn’t know how to properly capture the ILS signal and activate it, so most of the time I was guided near the airport by LNAV and VNAV mode and then landed visually. Even though I’ve provided a partial tutorial here, I still recommend learning the full procedure through YouTube. e.g. I unlocked this achievement on the Boeing 747-8 that came with the Standard Edition. So I'm not sure whether the third-party mod aircraft can unlock this.我建议执行CAT III进近，也就是保持ILS引导和自动驾驶直到飞机着落以保证成就的正常解锁。I recommend performing a CAT III approach, which means maintaining ILS guidance and autopilot all the way until touchdown to ensure the achievement unlocks properly.简要完成方法（以B747-8为例）：A brief completion method (using the B747-8 as an example): 在地图中设置一条航线，选择一个大型机场为目的地机场，选择ILS进近模式。Set a flight route on the map, choose a major airport as your destination, and select the ILS approach mode.经过漫长的飞行，通过VNAV和LNAV功能将飞机导航至机场附近。After a long flight, the aircraft is navigated near the airport using VNAV and LNAV functions.飞机进入进近航线，打开飞机的进近模式。FD上的小号粉色菱形就是ILS信号（此时已经捕捉到了信号且高度正确，但由于飞机还在转向，所以航向有所偏移）。Once the aircraft is on the approach path, turn on the approach mode. Start me up（冷舱启动）
Manually start the Airbus A320neo's engines, without using Assistance在未启用任何辅助功能的情况下，手动启动 Airbus A320neo 的发动机。这个成就很简单，只需在冷舱状态下启动 A320neo 的任一台发动机即可解锁。但注意，你需要使用游戏基础版自带的，由Asobo Studio制作的A320neo ，而不是由iniBuilds制作的带有电子飞行包（小平板）的A320neo v2。我会在下面给出简单冷舱启动教程（非专业教程，见谅），但仍然建议通过视频系统性的学习各类飞机的冷仓启动方式。This achievement is very straightforward: all you need to do is start either engine of the A320neo from a cold and dark state,then the achievement will unlock.However, be mindful—you must use the A320neo included with the Standard Edition of the game, developed by Asobo Studio. In our real life, Job Shadowing is a form of career exploration. Its core idea is to follow a professional like a shadow, observing their daily workflow to gain a deeper understanding of the genuine nature of a particular job or role. After selecting a Live Traffic aircraft, I clicked “SET AS DEPARTURE” rather than “CREATE FLIGHT PLAN”. I tried landing multiple times using “Travel to”, but the achievement never popped up. Upon rereading the achievement description, I selected a live flight and clicked “CREATE FLIGHT PLAN”. As soon as I entered the flight, the achievement was instantly unlocked (even though I hadn’t actually completed this flight). In the following guide, however, I will describe what I consider to be the more traditional method of completion.完成方法（complete method）：飞行前先进行一些设置，确保网络连接（当主界面可以加载出“MARKETPLACE”和右上角的ONLINE状态）。Before flying, you should make some settings. Complete any activity.完成任意活动。全游戏完成率最高的成就，仅需要完成任意一个活动就行。The achievement with the highest completion rate in the entire game.It only requires completing any one activity.
Greased（丝滑着陆）

My Way（独行天际）

There’s no requirement for the distance to be flown in a single trip, so you’ll most likely unlock this achievement unintentionally.
Road Trip（公路旅行）
Taxi aircraft for a total distance of 100 miles.飞机滑行距离累计100英里。需要大量时间完成的成就，由于我经常略过冷藏启动的过程在跑道上开始游戏，以及经常降落后不滑行到停机位直接结束游戏，导致我在纯飞行时长到达200~300小时时才解锁此成就（我正好是在完成My Way成就时解锁的这个成就）。This is an achievement that requires a significant amount of time to complete. Back-Up Plan（后推计划）

As everyone knows, Microsoft’s headquarters are in Seattle, and KSEA (Seattle–Tacoma International Airport) is one of the gateway airports on the U.S. West Coast, located in Seattle. Frequent Flyer Miles refers to the accumulation of flight mileage—the more you fly, the more likely you are to enjoy special status like gold or platinum membership. This achievement probably symbolizes the close collaboration and frequent exchanges between Microsoft and Asobo Studio to make staff have accumulated a significant amount of frequent flyer miles during their business trips. (There are no direct flights between these two airports—most routes require connecting flights at various airline hubs. Saddle Sore (飞行虽好，莫要贪多）

This achievement requires you to fly for 50 hours in the rain, not just spend 50 hours in rainy weather. Normally, I play flight simulators on a setup with an R9 7950x3d and RTX4090, always running on the highest graphics settings. However, when I was working towards this achievement, I had to use a laptop with an RTX3060 because I was away from home, and to run the game smoothly, I could only set the graphics to the lowest level. That’s when I discovered a problem: regardless of my position in the clouds, my aircraft windshield never displayed any raindrops, making it impossible to determine whether the plane was flying in the rain. The final solution was to set the graphics quality to “Medium,” because the game disables rain effects under low graphics settings to ensure smoother gameplay.完成方法（complete mython）：确保OPTION-GENERAL OPTION中的GLOBAL RENDERING QUALITY为MEDIUM或更高，绝对不能是LOW-END。Ensure that the GLOBAL RENDERING QUALITY setting in the OPTION-GENERAL OPTION menu is set to at least MEDIUM. Since you need to stay at low altitude throughout the flight, it's best to choose flat terrain to avoid crashing into mountains. The East Coast of the United States, Europe, and the Middle East are all good options.

I tried it myself, and it really worked.注意：使用这个方法会清零其他未完成成就的进度，我不建议使用！Note: Using this method will reset the progress of any other unfinished achievements, so I don't recommend using it!随意定制一条航线，打开无限燃料辅助，从跑道开始飞行，并让AI PILOT操控飞机。Simply set up any route, enable the unlimited fuel assistance, start your flight from the runway, and let the AI Pilot control the aircraft.起飞后，退回电脑桌面（不要退出游戏），进入WINDOWS设置-时间与语言-日期和时间，关闭“自动设置时间”，点击“手动设置时间和日期”，向后调整一定时间，你的飞行时长也会同步增加。After takeoff, return to your computer desktop (without exiting the game), go to Windows Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time, turn off “Set time automatically,” then click “Set the date and time manually” and move the time forward. Your flight duration will increase accordingly. 使用“快速旅行”功能旅行至“FINAL”并降落，结束飞行时会显示会在真实飞行时长上增加在WINDOWS设置中向后调整的时间（举个例子，现实日期是8月17日，你在Windows设置中将日期调到了8月18日，而在游戏中你只在起飞后4分钟就降落，但在游戏结算画面中你飞行了24小时零4分钟）。By using the "travel to" function to jump to "FINAL" and land, when you end the flight, the end-of-flight screen will show that your actual flight time has increased by the amount of time you adjusted forward in Windows settings. For example, if the real date is August 17th and you set it to August 18th in Windows, and in the game, you land just 4 minutes after takeoff, the end-of-flight screen will display a flight duration of 24 hours and 4 minutes.

事实上，截止到我发布这篇攻略，我自己也依旧没有完成Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020的全部成就，虽然我很早就接触了模拟飞行，但我是在去年9月才真正开始微软模拟飞行2020的全成就计划，我现在已经完成了92%的成就，距离胜利只有一步。As of the time I’m publishing this guide, I still haven’t completed all of the achievements in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 myself. Although I’ve been familiar with flight simulation for quite a long time, it wasn’t until last September that I truly began my full achievement run in MSFS2020.
